Every game on Wauto Sale is designed and built by our studio and hosted on our own servers in the /our-games/ hall.
Do I need to download anything?
No. Every game runs inside the page in any modern browser — Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox — on phones, tablets and computers.
Can I play without an account?
Yes, every game works for guests. An account adds a saved coin balance, XP, levels, the daily bonus and your recently played list.
A game won't load. What should I do?
Press Reload under the game, check your internet connection and make sure your browser is up to date. Ad or script blockers can sometimes stop games loading — try allowing wautosale.com. If it still won't start, tell us which game and which device you're using.
Can I win real money or prizes?
No. Our games are for entertainment only. Coins are virtual, have no cash value and can't be bought, sold, transferred or withdrawn.
Does the coin balance carry into the games?
Your Wauto Sale coin balance, XP and level live in your account on the website. A game may also show its own play balance inside the game window — that one is just for the current game session.

How do I create an account?
Go to Sign up and enter your full name, a username, your email and a password — or press Sign up with Google. You must confirm you are 18+ and live in the UK.
What do I get when I sign up?
50,000 welcome coins, a level that grows as you play, a daily bonus of 10,000 coins every 24 hours and a list of your recently played games.
How do levels work?
Opening a game while logged in earns 150 XP (once every 10 minutes per game). There are ten levels: Rookie, Starter, Player, Regular, Pro, Expert, Elite, Master, Champion and Legend.
I forgot my password.
Send us a message with the topic Forgot password from the email on your account. We'll never ask you to send us your password.
My account is locked.
After five wrong password attempts, logging in is paused for 15 minutes to protect your account. Wait, then try again.
How do I delete my account?
Log in, open My account and use Delete my account. Your account file is removed from our server straight away. You can also ask Player Care to do it for you.
Every form is handled on our server
Nothing about your account is processed or stored in your browser. Here's what happens when you use a form on Wauto Sale.
Encrypted on the way
Forms are sent over HTTPS, so what you type is encrypted between your device and our server.
Checked by our server
Our server validates every field, blocks bots and refuses forms sent from other websites.
Stored privately
Your account is saved as a protected file that can't be opened from the web. Passwords are kept only as a one-way hash.
Shown only to you
Your account page shows your own details only after you log in. No database tables or queries are ever exposed.
Hashed passwords
Your password is converted into a one-way hash before it's saved. Not even our team can read it.
Lock-out protection
Five wrong passwords pause logins for 15 minutes, stopping guessing attacks.
Secure session
Logging in sets one httpOnly session cookie that page scripts can't read. It ends when you log out or close your browser.
Private messages
Contact and Player Care messages are emailed from our server to our support team. A private log on the server records that each one arrived.
Google sign-in: when you use Google, Google confirms your name and email, and our server checks that confirmation directly with Google before creating or opening your account. We never see your Google password.
We will never ask for your password by email or message, ask for card or bank details, or offer to sell you coins. If someone does, it isn't us — please let us know.
